I recently did a wedding where the bride and groom were crazy for bird details. They had such wonderful details from programs, favors and birdcages that I am hoping the professional photographer was able to catch all these details. They were so fabulous! The above is a custom purse I designed for the bride. It was pretty stunning if I do say so myself :) Some of the boutonniere work. A glimpse of the altar pieces I made bejeweled with hanging crystals, orchids and birds.
Here is a little glimpse of a bird detail seating plan. Forgive my photography. I am on a tight schedule! Ever since this wedding I am crazy for bird details! I think they are just precious.Everywhere I go bird details call to me. I can't wait to find my new design studio so I can overhaul all the decor. . I thought you might like a bit of inspiration for the myriad ways bird decor and details could be incorporated into your wedding. Isn't this cake the sweetest thing! Little favors and favor boxes. Adorable! Peonies in birds nests as centerpieces. Ah ha. I'm loving it! Seating cards. Ring bearer pillows. Desert table anyone? Don't even get me started about desert tables! All these fabulous bird decor ideas are from Martha Stewart Weddings because seriously, what would we do without Martha? I hope this post got you as crazy for bird details as I am!

I love it when I come upon music or an artist I have never heard before. I especially love the use of acoustic guitars and the artistry of singer songwriters. I accidentally discovered this artist when watching a wedding video. I LOVE this song! It is perfect for a wedding. To walk down the aisle. For the groom to sing and play for his bride to be ( you know how I love boys with guitars right?) I know my son's going to love this song too and learn to play it on the guitar to woo some girl with.... young love :) This is not the official video. I could not find it. I hope you like the song. I think it's beautiful. I will get a sneak peek up soon of my latest wedding. Please be patient...it is crazy busy wedding season! XO Sarina P.S. I am off to find the CD of this artist.
